3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Task Popper. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Task Popper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by YuwoStudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the task descriptions you input and the generated task lists. We do not claim ownership over your content. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
6.1 Lifetime Pro Purchase
Task Popper offers a "Lifetime Pro" one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited AI task decomposition usage. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. We do not directly process refunds. If you have issues with your purchase, please contact Apple Support.
6.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 Nature of AI Output
The task breakdown steps generated by our AI are provided "as is" and are intended as suggestions only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
7.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting upon it.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
- Network or server issues
- Third-party service provider outages
- Force majeure events
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YuwoStudio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
